Dickerson Mechanical specializes in new residential custom home construction and can design your plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems to meet your needs. We often work directly with homeowners (instead of the general contractor) on custom home construction and remodels to ensure that we meet or exceed the homeowner's expectations.

Dickerson Mechanical is a family owned and operated business started in 1993 by
George Dickerson. Our employees have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential heating and cooling, geothermal, radiant in-floor heat, boilers, plumbing, electrical, and on-site waste water systems.

Dickerson Mechanical is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Colfax Chamber of Commerce,  Altoona Chamber of Commerce, Iowa Onsite Waste Water Association, and the National Federation of Independent Business.

We believe in giving back to our community and have received recognition for various projects, including gifts to school sports programs, concession stand renovations, ball fields, Habitat for Humanity, and extensive work on the City of Colfax's park projects.
